Hot Rods Out in the woods

I heard about an old car out in the woods from me. A friend saw it when he was a kid. A contractor friend is doing a remodel by there, and I told he the story. I called and ask the the guy that told me the story. And ask him where it was. He said you will walk right by it and not see it. And I did. Here are some pix. Model A Briggs body cowl & doors with model a truck cab back half.

 

Well that's a nice wheel. I can't really tell much about the rest of it though.

It's a 31 Ford. The steering column support off the dash rail and not the gas tank gives it away. Someone should drag it out of there. I see worse at flea markets.

 

So, Ya gonna try and get it?

 

Maybe, may not. It's so thick back there. Like Jonny Cash said, one pease at a time. That's the only way to get it out .

 

If I had permission or could buy it cheap, I would try something.
