History Looking for information or pictures on Scratchy the Anglia 100e

I picked up this lil 100e from a guy in Lancaster ca. It was found next to **** Landys 1966 dodge coronet. The car was called "scratchy" and was supposedly race at lions. It came with another set of doors that say "Gene's muffler paramount ca"
I spoke with Gregg @ genes muffler (now in Downey) and he said the man to talk to would be Keith? He retired somewhere in lake havasu.
I would love to restore this little car back to its old glory. Any help would be appreciated

After doing many many google searches, I found a newspaper article for a car show in 1970 @ crest Chevrolet in San bernardino ca and listed as one of the attractions is Bill Blough's "scratchy" Anglia. No pictures though
