On my imperial there is huge brake booster. I have read about Hydraboost ( ford ??) Is this easy to adapt . or is there a better way Remco
I have a GMC Hydro Boost unit on one of my vehicles. The plumbing is straight foreward. Be sure that you get one with a reserve can attached so that you can stop if you throw a power steering belt. The early units did not have this feature. The overall length of the unit is longer than a vacuum setup but it's not nearly as big around.
here isa great page to answer any question about these units, many link pages for car trucks and conversions ,great info. http://www.offroaders.com/directory/info/Hydroboost_brakes.htm
