I finally finished my clone of Ed Roth's Mysterion show car and have a contract with McFarland to publish a book on the history of the car and of my construction of the clone. the book manuscript is at the publisher and it should be done by mid 2016. Here is a shot of the cover art. You can watch progress of the book @ http://www.mcfarlandbooks.com/book-2.php?id=978-0-7864-9968-7
Incidentally, McFarland has a bunch of interesting titles on transportation, racing and general pop-culture topics.

So cool! I have always liked that car, thanks for cloning it and I hope you get it out a lot for people to see. I will have to watch for the book.

Yes I made the body, frame, etc. Only things I didn't do is upholster the seat, do the chrome plating, and blow the bubble. Forget ever seeing the original car. I detail its fate in the book. It is gone. One engine should run, too chicken to start it! I hate starting new engines. Chassis was built to drive, shouldn't have any weakness problems in cruising rod runs. I don't know what I am going to do with it. Just wanted to build it and see it drive. After that I don't really care.

Man that's freaking AWESOME. My all time favorite of his work. Two clones built, and if yours can drive, you have one up on the other. TOO COOL, cant wait for the book.
