Features 57-60 ford truck pics????

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by luckystiff, Aug 3, 2007.

  1. I reversed the eyes on the springs frt.and rear.
Sid 's 3" dropped axle in Frt.
Flipped and raised the frt. spring mts. in the rear.
Not much clearance in the rear now.
I have it for sale, if it doesn't sell, I'll notch the frame and make some clearance in the bed.
I may have overdone it on the frt. tires.
    Comments and opinions readily accepted!

Ok, gotta say that is absolutely the perfect stance. Please tell us what was done, I'd sure appreciate it. Thanks

  12. Anyone have pics of a good 2 tone scheme for a 57 step side?
Just wondering if there is a good place to "break" the colors on a stepside...

I removed a few leafs and a Sid's dropped axle in the front and flipped the rear with air shocks for a little bit of travel. By the way thanks.

  17. It is off the thread topic, but a badass truck nevertheless. I wouldn't expect to see a truck like that sporting a vinyl top...

I looked for quite a while for a 57 grille to put in my dad's 60. We found this fire truck that not only has a nice grille, the cab is really nice...and it only has 18k miles on it.

Wo, that ^ brings back some memories..

Parked in front of PDQ (no longer there last time I drove by years ago) in the first pic, Mooneyes X-mas party (?) with Sonny's shoebox (RIP) in the second pic behind it and last but not least Primer Nats circa 2005 I'm guessin.. Miss those days..

Why did you ever sell that truck Skratch?
