    Nice...remembrance in my archives. (1946-1957)
Love those Eddie Meyer heads, and all the 'right stuff!' Radiator hoses, intake, headers, oil fill, side generator mount... Delicious.
    Flatmotor c***erole.

Carbs fed with hard lines are the traditional setup...Just be sure to run a flexible black hose from frame/firewall to engine.

Man... Man after mine OWN HEART! Love it when something is so well done.
California has more than the rumors say it does...:D

  6. I made mine out of brake line and br*** fittings. I would think a "kit" would need to be adjusted depending on your intake?

I used 5/16" brake tube and br*** compression fittings on my '51.

If going with copper lines. I would suggest not connecting them solid to a line coming off the frame or cab. Engine vibration may cause them to weaken. I installed a short rubber line between the engine and cab.

I would use copper-nickel brake line. Strong as steel and soft as copper to bend. Available at Car Quest and other parts stores

I did like above but used the new copper/nickel brake line stuff they sell now, it shines up pretty nice. (easy to)

I used "Cunifer" (Copper/Nickel/Iron) brake line, which looks like copper but isn't as brittle, and br*** compression fittings from the hardware store to plumb my Strombergs...
