    Thought we should start a thread with pics of 46 fords celebrating there 70 year anniversary.

    My own 46 runs the original flathead running gear with a mild cam, twin carbs, Edmunds heads and 39 three speed box....

    Yeah Tommy I will be at the reliability run for sure and I look forward to catching up, it will be the first weekend in ages that I will have time to play hot rods so I can't wait to be honest. Are you taking the coupe or pick-up?

    I know it's a '48, but I walked past this coupe and had to turn back- I though, 'what a cool old muscle car kind of coupe'..

    P.S; Eddie Ford's gotta fine feature on an aussie '46 Merc Panel in the latest issue 'Restored Cars'.

    Here is another picture of my 46 with how it would look with a chop top and steelies, photo was mocked up by the moose as known on the hamb.
