Just chopped my 54 its still in progress on metal work. I saved this car from going to s**** it was in really rough shape. Chop is 4 inches straight down with the rear window bottom frame moved forward to make everything flow.Ive done a ton of metal work to this car ive fabed 55 packard tails and quaters in with the packard rear bumper, hand made skirts, raised the rear wheel wells, molded front fenders, rounded hood corners, custimized the hood and grille area shaved all hanldes, emblems and holes, frenched headlights and antenna and much more
Scoats, that's not a side shot! Its a top shot. Could you tell us more about the skirts? Hand formed, EWheel, templates, the whole thing. Pretty cool. Thanks
i just made a metal frame out of round rod and went from there. once i had my shapes i just cover it in sheet metal was a little tricky since i didnt have an english wheel. I also raised the rear wheel wells so it is easy to change a tire
You've got skills. Chop job flow is proves it. When and if you can, please post a straighter side shot of the skirts, will you? Thanks
