Technical 1956 GMC windshield interchangeable

Are 1956 GMC pickup windshields interchangeable with a 1956 cab over windshields, as a mate of mine needs a replacement for his cab over.

 

"should" be.......also same as Chevrolet. Gl*** should be the same from 2nd design '55 thru '59 model years.

looks like it is all the same on the Chevys, so it should be all the same on the GMCs. Hopefully.

Yes....I did trade out a 56 GMC windshield from a 57 chevy cabover a few years ago, and it fit just fine...no problem...same measurements---Ray
