I am looking for information and pictures of the four banger powered '32 roadster Fred raced at the dry lakes.
as told to me, by Fred, in 2007. The '32 roadster was involved in an intersection accident in San Diego, late 40's, early 50's. The body took an impact to the p***enger side. Fred located another body and switched the bodies. He kept the damaged body until the mid 2000's and sold it. Fred still has the original frame and engine. The really clean replacement body and the original frame and engine were going thru a restoration during the late 2000's. Got to the AHRF website for a video interview of Fred and quite possibly a search thru the AHRF pictures may show a pic of the "32 at the dry lakes. Curt R
Fred is one neat old timer with a wealth of knowledge about LSR at Bonneville and El Mirage.......Here is a picture of Jose and me with my flat four powered '31 roadster push starting his flat four powered belly tanker at B'ville in 2011.
