  2. Hadn't seen one that is really pretty high tech in a vintage looking package.

I'll bet that would just about fill the clock hole in an AD truck too.

Clock hole in an AD truck? I have an AD truck and never heard of or seen one. Can you explain further?

  5. There ya go, maybe they were an add on, of the 3 or 4 I have owned ranging from '49 to early '55 they all had a clock only one ever worked though. :)

Wow that's cool. Must be a 54-55 thing. Perfect spot for a tach!

looks good, if you already have Cl***ic dash mounted gauges.

  8. My '49 had the clock toward the middle of the dash over where the radio would have been in most common later model cars. I think it was an add on or an option for these trucks from the beginning of the advanced design program.

    Hey Guys,

I do new product development at Cl***ic, glad you found our new 2 1/8" tachs. We offered one a while ago, but have now re-introduced it will a lot more features. It has a lot going on in the small size. Don't forget that Alliance members get a discount!

For what its worth, I personally tested the prototype in my AD Chevy truck. :)
