    Can someone provide the dimensions to locate the V8 emblem? Thanks. Y8 locatiion.png

    Mine has the T-Bird emblem, probably no help to you.

    Owned a 56 way back in 68. Can't give you any measurements but I believe it went in the center of that small area there. Someone here should have the correct measurements.

    Troy,
    The second pic is a little fuzzy at the bottom and I can't really tell. Is your tape taking the measurement from
    the 1 inch mark making it 6 inches from the bottom? Thanks for taking your time to do this for me.

    Bruce, the vertical measurement was taken straight from the edge of the bottom lip to the hole, the horizontal measurement was taken from the corner directly to the hole. I fell off of a 35' cliff and the camera took most of the damage☺ pardon the sloppy pictures.
