    Everyone,
I have a chance to buy this 51 Chevy Panel truck...has been in a barn since 1984.
The photos shown are the worst side (drivers side which was more exposed)...rust on lower panel where it meets floorboard.
I love the patina and history and style. Dash looks excellent.
I am looking for advice as to what anyone out there thinks its worth.
I didn't even have a chance to open the hood and have no idea if the engine is frozen.
But it is a neat truck...help

Look it over closely & find ALL the rust before you make an offer. '47-'54 panel/suburban bodies have terrible rot problems, & that one is well on it's way, as in they didn't take the flowers out to water them.

I had one offered to me, same shape but apart and no engine for $1200. It's cool but it looks really rough. Maybe they're more common around here but I'd say more like $1500
