Projects 1965 Comet Rare Accessory?

Pretty confident it wasn't a Canadian version... I've been here for 58 yrs and never seen a set like it. Even the South American version incorporated chrome trim to make it look factory. Not ready to get to work on it? Is that a 2 door or 4 door?

 

Knee deep in another project. Took it off a friends hands to help him out. Not totally committed either way but probably going up for sale. Its a 2 dr.
