Anyone know of a source for both Passenger Compartment AND Trunk Rubber Matting that would fit and be period correct for a 1932 Ford Roadster? I only want it in Black though.
    Thanks!

  3. Excellent question for fordbarn.com. Ask who makes the best. Other than that start with Bob Drake, http://www.bobdrake.com/

Why not the HAMB too Charlie?
Us hot rodders dig em also.
I really would like to find the fine ribbed bulk sheet material versus orig. appliation molded set because my "hot rod" is fiberglass. Not too welcome on the barn, hard enough to get respect here. I just saw some in a car here on the HAMB, don't remember who's car.
Problem is finding stock with good flexability to conform. I'm sure the B-ville floors are not shaped like the original floors, what are they using.
Years ago, I recall someone found some toolbox drawer liner, not sure where. I also recall someone mentioning Tractor Supply, anyone remember this?

  5. I didn't suggest the HAMB because he had already placed the question here.

I know Charlie, but I've kind of gotten a bit sensitive to various comments about topics that (some) people think aren't appropriate here. You never know by reading posts such as yours what their POV is, especially when you don't know the other guys sensibilities.
In the case of 32 Fords, for the most part, it is such a universial car whether stock original or a hot rod that there shouldn't be two seperate camps. My not having familiarized myself with The Fordbarn site, I wasn't sure how many HAMBers participate over there.

DDDdenny.........When I cut the floor of my 5w , added a baking pan because the 9"rear end was hitting the floor , got and cut a big piece of ribbed rubber mat for my trunk mat . Was local somewhere in Milwaukie , either Mitch Kim or Mike at R & R told me where to get it . They had every kind , thickness and size of stuff you could want .

Made my own, I think I found a roll of this in an old U-LINE catalogue $159.00, enough to do maybe 4 cars !cid_FD514569168145D89CBE76C0FDE2E0E4@StimacPC.jpg

  10. Check out my build page here on the HAMB as I made my floor covering out of rubber in it. Has the same design as the original running board rubber. If you are interested let me know by posting on the build page and I will post the seller.

  11. Please post a link to your build page. Sounds interesting. Please post seller there and how about here also?
