Customs Tuning stuff to Lincoln Zephyr V12

Hi,
As far as I am aware, there haven´t been much tuning parts to Lincoln Zephyr V12, so I want to check from the members for some help or advice. Mostly looking for high capacity oilpump, Heads and tuned camchafts,
My new project after the Forgatti, Il Drago Ruggente (V12 Aero Engine) is a single seater on Buick -28 frame and a supercharged Lincoln Zephyr V12 -42.
