I like your seat frame, might have to steal that for my roadster. I just picked up a seat out of a 99 caravan. Cant beat them for $35 out the u pull it. Nice job.

30 days till we depart for the Lone Star Roundup!! The thrash is commencing, finished up the last bit of fab work this past week, finished up the light bar, slave cylinder mount, and a started blowing it apart so I could address the subrails and the fender wells where it attaches to body on frame, gonna run brakes lines and fuel lines as well, ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1457446232.185621.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1457446251.535722.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1457446269.001534.jpg

The last coupe weeks were a bit of a blur trying to make the Roundup but we just couldn't make it, got the body back on the chassis, brake lines plumbed, brakes rebuilt, slave cylinder mount made and plumbed, reared back together, floors finished up, motor and tranny in, driveshaft made, fuel lines ran, gas tank mounted, got down to some title work and realized we wasn't gonna be able to drive it down legally so we pulled the plug, here's some pics of the progress ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1459560196.508532.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1459560215.953193.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1459560236.061529.jpg

Hope too see everyone in Austin next weekend

Question regarding the radiator, I have a very similar build going on and I'm using as many vintage parts as I can. I will be using an original 32 radiator that will cut down and re cored, do you recall how much the radiator needs to be shortened to line up the grill shell and body. The body will be sitting on the frame just as you have done, no pinching or channeling. Most guys say 2". Any input would be appreciated.

Definitely a nice save and revert back to a coupe!
I have a question because I cannot enlarge the pics on my phone. Does your front suspension have a bump stop to keep the tie rod from hitting the underside of the front at full compression? I cannot see anything on my phone so you may have a bunch of room. Just couldn't tell. Nice work!

Thanks for the reply, I really want to run a hood but having a Hemi with a hi rise intake may make it difficult.

    That makes MUCH more sense;-)
The pic I saw had it on top and "pinched" between frame bones. Roger the bottom orientation. Looks good!

Subscribed. What is the width of the rear axle (wheel mounting surface to wheel mounting surface)?
