I am looking for a good shot of the web of sheetmetal on the door post. This area. Mine doesn't have it, which might make them 33 doors, but I'm not sure.

33 doors. I have the same on mine. Does the window roll straight down?

    But, I don't want 33 doors.....

If I can find a good pic of that area for reference, I'm going to turn mine into '34s weather you are supposed to or not.

    Thanks, -Abone.

So what's the difference? I'm not seeing it for some reason.

Thin piece of sheet metal "in" the window opening.

I've never noticed that before. What's it's purpose? Gonna stick out like a sore thumb everytime I see one now.

o.k. I see it now...I guess it's because the '33 rolls straight down?

personally I think I like the '33 better...

34 windows go back then down, the window slides back into that flange. makes a sort of vent

I like the 33 better also, but I'm a little prejudice.

That's for the smokers out there. The window kicks back that inch so you can flip your ashes and not mess up your hair

Thanks, guys. My '33 doors are getting ready to be '34 doors, they just don't know it yet.

A set screw or small bolt correctly placed will make the window slide back once it's at the top. The forward arm of the regulator makes contact and does the work best I remember.
