As it stands, I'm two weeks behind. I took the kids on spring break last week and forgot to bring my Rheumatoid Arthritis meds. Yeah, I have RA... but 99% of the time, it doesn't effect me if (and only if) I take my injections. And I missed one last week and that spawned an attack. Anyway, I'm cool now... just a little sore... but good enough to start stamping if just a little slowly. I should be all caught up by tomorrow. These new br*** tags take quite a bit more physicality to stamp than the older aluminum jobs - hence the slowness... Anyway, thanks for your patience fellas...
Sorry to hear of the RA diagnosis. I have a few friends with it one of whom has been dealing with it for 20 or so yrs. Take care of yourself.
I was diagnosed ten years ago and I think this is the first time you guys have heard about it. It's honestly not a big deal for me other than the damned shots which hurt like hell... In any case, I don't wanna start a big thread with old farts like me complaining about their health... Just a notice to those guys who are wondering where in the hell their tags are.
Well if I was waiting on a tag I wouldn't be bothered one way or another. That said screw the tags my friend, get yourself back on track with your meds, chronic pain is a ***** and no one deserves it. Especially if that no one is someone I like.
I feel for you man. My wife was diagnosed with RA last year. She is 34 years old. The pain was one thing. We thought it was just wear and tear from everyday life. Then her hair started falling out. She got checked out. Her RA was compounded by the fact that she was also diagnosed with Lupus. She is on meds now doing a lot better. For those of you waiting for your tags, don't worry. They are well worth the wait. They are bad***.
Some one will probably do a tech article on how to hook that press up to a hydraulic pump. At least you're getting down to br*** tags. (sorry, but it was too close not to do.)
