This is ironic. I have had this copy of American Rodder for decades, never clued in to what the cover photo was till last night! Its a color shot of the Billy Foster RP!^^ And ITS PINK! I like it even more now!
BC car.******in! Read somewhere that the green glass was out of an old Greyhound bus. Pretty sure it was for sale awhile back.
Yes, he had a sign on it at the last Ocean Park show, HAMB name is 5W32 Edit: further to this, I was just looking on the Ocean park 2015 thread, car was sold at that show.
I was wondering about this too. I'd never seen one like it. I know that some of the door sheet metal and hardware was T derived, but never seen one with a T cowl unless it was a sedan. I have 2 of the A versions on the stake bed of mr 32 BB 131-1/2 ton. After I saw the above post I was scratching my head.
Yep, one sinister looking coupe. Steve knows how a hot rod is supposed to look, he also has/had a very cool mint green deuce hiboy roadster a couple of years ago.
^^^ Wow. Where has Dale Fairfax been ? ^^^ Hope he is well. Great tech poster. ^^ Meanwhile .... back at the ranch ..... .....how about some imports ? !!!! Triumph Dolomite Roadster Talbots ^^^ bevy of 'em ..... hot rods in every way underneath. MHV Peugeot 402 DS DarlMat Special Roadster 1933 Lancia Astura Double Phaeton DeLaHaye .....then steering back to hopefully a new post .... the Bernie Stein 1932 Ford. Love it.
