I'm putting a 55' Pontiac hydramatic ****** in my 41' Poncho. Can anybody recommend a floor shifter that will work with it?

back in the early 60s i made one out of flat plate and a 1/2'' rod with a br*** door knob on it, now try b&m. they were the original hydro people.

it probably wouldn't be too hard to convert your column shift to work either.
me and my brother both have hydros with column shift, and love it.
floor shift is a pain

I don't suppose you would have any pics of how the linkage is hooked up.

Perfect timing, I was just trying to decide what to do for a shifter on a project I'm working on. Should be easy to build something like that and utilize the existing boot from the granny 4 speed I replaced.
