Well somehow we figured out it was cheaper to fly to Orland rent a car there and drive to Austin . So that's what we did . First stop mobile for lunch Rural Mississippi craziness Then to New Orleans to meet up with @lodaddyo Deer sausage po boy That about sums up this part of the trip ... Crazy !! We stayed in the outskirts of Austin at a donkey ranch . Older I get the more I'm staying away from the hustle and bustle of South Congress and Austin's constant traffic The donkeys And to the Roundup . It was a great show this year ! Impressive swap meet as well and a ton of friends from all across the country . My weekend favorites Skratch and Gaston
Met up with Trey after Friday took me to get some awesome tacos in his 29 roadster with a hemi . Then we ended up at the speed shop . Casney roadster
Saturday can only start with tacos . Loved this one . Change out the tires and you are set Awesome car Met up with world famous the one and only Nads Then it was a night of craziness with Wild Bill . Iron works in Austin . Awesome beef ribs And the last shot leaving town to the airport at 3am Great meeting everyone . If I had to list you all it would be 3 more pages . Now back to work
Great post, damn near felt like I was right there with you. This frozen pizza I'm eating suddenly lost all its appeal.
