Took this photo of the '29 altered roadster on the same day. It's still running the original wishbone front end. Unusual for an altered, even in '58.

Does anybody remember a magazine (Car Craft???) project altered built as an Explorer Scout project? I think the owner's name was Waite (sp). Anybody know what became of it? Did it run?
