Art & Inspiration Model A-less

I just finished up my latest model A and drove it a whopping 25 Miles and put it on Craig's List for the heck of it and it sold in 1 hour.. I've got a 1938 sedan to work on and I think I want to buy a Falcon or Comet.. I think I'm done building Models A's but I've built so many A's over the last dozen years I feel like I've lost a good friend.. I don't really know why I'm writing this thread, I just am.. Thanks for listening.. Oh yea, I'm looking for a hardtop Falcon or Comet, Milo....

Loved that coupe!!

 

All great builds, did you chop the coupe on 32 rails and wide fives ? Look cool.

 

Talent - I'd like to see the 38 build.

You certainly have an eye for style. Good luck on the next one......

 

but, with a 5 speed, built small block, 8" - going from the "A" list to the " F/C" list just different sheet metal, etc

 

I found this little Falcon to work on.. 289-3spd.. Not perfect but takes my mine off the model A's...

 

That is a real great looking Falcon! Soo much you can do to the car to make it your personal one of a kind. Or just leave it alone ( ya right ) . Any way, good find and have fun with it !

 

Milo, you dog! Didn't even get to see any "finished" pics of the latest A. Whatever you build, next I'm sure will be just as Kool. Be safe my friend.

 

Tell us about the falcon and your plans.

 

Well I changed the wheels and tires and when I get back from GoodGuys Col. I have a toploader 4 speed to replace the 3 speed.. I'm also looking for another Falcon, Comet, Rambler, Studebaker from the 60's.. I've got the 60's bug bad...
