Event Coverage Gateway Auto Show Today! Norwalk CT.

Drove down to Norwalk (about an hour) today to the Gateway Auto Club annual show. I lived in Norwalk for 30 years before moving to Bridgewater 12 years back. I have lots of old friends there so I try and go every year to catch up. Took the Roadster since the Coupe I have been working on is not registered yet. It was 28 degrees this morning when I got up and 32 when I left. Not Roadster Weather!
Enjoy the pictures of some of the many cars there. Not a bad swap meet for a local show either.

I did not realize the first nailhead V8 was 53. This was a nice ride!

That was always a nice show, you just never knew what the weather would be like!
Glad to see that it still draws a good crowd.
I haven't been in about 20 years, and now that I live in Ohio I don't expect to go again.

This was only a sampling of the many cars there. The ride home was much warmer.

 

warmed up by mid day, had the top down on the sl on the ride home.
rumor has it they came home with a trophy.
