Folks Of Interest OMG! 10,000 Posts!

I think that this may very well be the longest that I have been in any one place without being asked, or told to leave. I suspect that you guys are just really good at ignoring me.

Either way, thanks. I hope that my tiny, opinionated, noisy contribution to this board is useful to at-least a few of you, even if I simply serve as an adverse example.

Might even have to consider joining, even.

 

You've given me useful answers to many of my questions. That said, my questions are pretty basic so don't let that go to your head.

Well, I recognize you so you would have had to have some kind of technical knowledge or "guruisms" to contribute or I wouldn't even remember your name (handle/whatever). That is what I "feed" on on the HAMB. 10,000 posts would make you a helluva pecker.

 

Does this mean your a Hambaholic now?

Ha! If only I had a place to work. My entire former shop is crammed into a large storage unit, and I have been banished to the curbs of the back streets.

My apologies if any of my posts come across as abrasive. It is never my intent.

I am not in the best place these days. I have everything that I could possibly need, and very little of what I want. I made some bad decisions that all seemed like a good idea at the time, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

Well, don't make the mistake I made. Don't get rid of it.
Life eventually changes and if you still love the hobby, you will get a chance to dive back into it again. Until then, keep posting on the HAMB.
Maybe some day you will outpost HRP or Porkn******.....ha ha.

 

You are on my mental list of members whose opinion and knowledge I value when researching problems on the HAMB. I like the mild abrasiveness of some of you guys. Though I don't have that quality myself, some guys can really give the ones who need it just the right zinger. Couple that with your knowledge and I appreciate you. Hope life makes it where you can get back to work on your projects soon.

I'd have to agree with dragginGTO there, We all learn a bit from your posts and More often than not I've read your answer to some question and said "yep, that's right" and not bothered to throw my own 2 cents worth in.

 

Agreed. I could not have pulled of the t5 swap in my falcon wagon without your help. Your willingness to pm with me on all sorts of little BS questions saved me boucoup time, money, and headaches. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. It really does help us all.
