Back in December 2007 the Fiat Bambina was the inspiration that started this thread.

  9. I'd take all that Amilcar junk off their hands - would go as high as £25

That is a very interesting layout. Looks like something is missing with the 2 fork things on both wheels.

They are pretty little cars none the less...

This could be a home built car. Anyone recognize the radiator?
"Max Jervis of Cheltenham asked about this car, apparently run by members of his family in North Staffordshire shortly after WW1"
There is a lorry in the background so they maybe had a garage, the car could be made up from bits on a pre war chassis and a home made body fitted, looks crude.

There's a bit of Trojanishness about that. I don't know Trojans well enough really to compare.

llo everyone. For those interested Cyclecars. I have just had another small batch of books printed. 'How to build a cyclecar' and a new reprint: 'Light Cars & Cyclercars of 1914'. Here

I'll bet that radial sounds sweet. Summer is here in the east, FINALLY. I love the sound of radial air planes headed to air shows flying over the house.

I used to live and work very close to the EAA Flyin at Oshkosh,Wisconsin. You are absolutely right Doug. The week before and just after the show ,the air was filled with planes burbling along powered by their radials engines. Here in Alaska, planes with radial engines are still used commercially. So I get to hear that sound on a regular basis.
