Here's my coupe as found on a farm in town. I got lucky :) I'd decided I wanted a Model A Coupe after going to car shows when I was 5 or 6, and finally got it when I was 18. The other picture is the same car this past fall.

Depends on the part of the country you live in. Here in the rust belt, most "behind the Barn" cars recycled themselves into the ground years ago. I can find early to mid '60s stuff, but nothing much older. Maybe Grumpy or another NE Ohioian can prove me wrong.

    Such an awesome thread.
I love seeing pics like that.
One problem we have here in south florida is that we don't have back yards like that.

    Keep the pics coming.

I'm an ag mechanic so I get to tour the country side here in sask and find lots of cool old tin. Heres some pics from last year most of the quality isn't good due to scanning the disposable camera pics, this year I hope to remember to bring the dig camera along a bit more. This isn't half of what I seen most pics didn't turn out with the crappy camera.

Here are a bunch.. some where in North West North Dakota.. I order to take pics I had to promise to not tell the location.. but that was a few years back and recently I learned the old guy passed on.. and everything was sold off. He was my moms school bus drives back in the late 30's and the junk collector of the county..

Here's a 56 i bought last year... It was sitting down in a gully off a abandon fire road... We had to use a tractor to get it out, the owner said he got it in the 60's to build a roundy round car... i told him it looked like someone took what they wanted and stashed it where it would never be found again... He just just gave me a guilty smile...

    Hey!..Cool photo...

My 1928 Ford Woodie looked a lot like yours, but I didn't have a tree growing thru it.

My Grandfather's 30 Tudor, however, had the tree growing in the engine compartment....I used that chassis to build my first Model A 30 coupe...

  17. I've got to try to get photos, but I know of a house in hawthorne CA where the owner has built a huge building off of his house that has MANY 20's to 40's cars including a few newer muscle cars. I counted 10 late 20's early 30's coupes truckls and sedans. He also has a big block 1959 elcamino, a 1968 camaro convertable, and a 1972 big block corvette. He is in his late 0's and said he will nto sell because he will eventully resore them. I would guess that he has over 40 cars in his two lots.
