Turnout for cars and vendors was bigger than ever. ...lots a favorable comments on this year's band, Big Earl & the Falcons. ...thanks to all who signed the Tom Wojahn tribute posters. THANKS to everyone who came to the show
The show really went well. Lots of cars, and lots of vendors. The band was great, too. There was even an unplanned flyover of 4 Stearman biplanes, at about 3pm. The video footage is generic from YouTube.
Had a great time there. Found a few bargains at the swap.Very COOL show. Heard lots about it so gave it a shot. Next year I'll bring the '51. I liked the swap meet the way it surrounded the car displayed in the show. Friendly workers at the front gate..... GREAT job Tin Butchers, keep it up !
I got there around 12:30 or so, and the show was still pretty strong. I liked how they had the swap vendors setup around the car show area so you could wander between the two. I was also surprised at how good the swap meet was. There really wasn't that much crap out there. Here are some pics
..the blue Model A coupe above won our only trophy, given out as a memorial to one of our club members whom we lost in a car accident a few years ago....very nice coupe!
