  10. Lol That's how it was when my dad bought it in 73 so that's how he wanted to keep it.

When I drove it for about a 10 year period it looked like this.

Beautiful car. I really do need to learn how to post photos; mine are all hard copy photographs. The 55 with the 56 front end sheet metal is the "less popular" way of doing things; usually, it's a 56 with a 55 front end that guys seem to do. And the car Marty Strode posted up; was it ever a solid, burgundy color (I think)? I remember seeing a similar one, at what was then Seattle International Raceways, many years ago. The Buick side trim was different.
    I am Butch/56sedandelivery.

Looks a lot like Todd Haas's (todd553) dads donor car - the black one is one of my favorites

Original or restored to original? Paint and chrome looks new, nice car either way but would be truly amazing if it were actually "totally original"

    Look at that!
When it comes to an original paint (with patina) 210, that has always been my favorite color combination.

If that is the one I've heard about, then a guy named Jerry Covin and his... business partner?... built the hardtop a number of years ago. The other guy ended up with it, so Jerry went and built himself a convertible version of the very same thing. Jerry brought the convertible to the NWCCC tri-five show about ten years ago at the **X Root Beer drive-in in Issaquah, WA (just east of Seattle). Cool car that got alot of spectator action and questions...
