History Custom Rodder 1962

    custom rodder 001.jpg 001.jpg I was browsing through some little books and was reading about this Corvette powered 33 Chevy. What caught my eye was the block hugger styled headers on this car. Do you think they were owner built or did some company manufacture them. Today you see a lot of traditional style built cars with block hugger headers which usually catch my eye, being out of place, but ....... Bill

    I believe Headman Headers where in production about that time. I will check some of my old catalogs.

    If I could remember his user name on here you could ask him. I believe it is still the same owner. I know he is from CT and is a member on here. The car still looks like that article today. I love the car and enjoy seeing pictures of it.

    here are the headers. THE ones in the magazine.

    Your car looks terrific ! Thanks for posting the header pics. You just didn't see that many cars with chrome headers on them back in the day. Very Cool. Bill
