Technical Help!! need part for 54 chevy!!!

I hope someone out there has a 1953/54 chevy 2 door window regulator guide track, this is the C-channel that rolls on the regulator guide wheels. If anyone has got one let me know, my car is sitting at the glass shop. Or if anyone knows of a another model car that would work let me know

I think this is what you refer to? I bought mine from Steele Rubber as it was rusted out. Just drill out the brackets and plug weld to new channel that you cut to required length. Couldn't find the part you refer to http://chevy.oldcarmanualproject.com/shop/1949_53/index.htm

 

this is the part i need, its about 15" long

 

I've got this one, measures 14 3/4" long, the little screw holes look like they're in the wrong place though, so you'd have to redrill.
