Is there a way to take the hubs that are 5 on 5 1/2 and get new hubs that are 5 on 4 1/2 and then be able to convert that to disc brakes? Thanks for your help

Yeah I thought about getting them drilled but then my other question would be is there a way to add disc brakes to it

Since the drum comes off the hub

I'd think it is a fairly simple machine shop operation to change the bolt pattern IF the hub will take a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern with out the back side of the hub interfering with bolt placement. Pretty simple to put a caliper on the back side of the hub and see if there is room for the bolts or if you back up and kick.

A rotor shouldn't be hard to find but you will either have to machine the hub or rotor to fit the other piece or have a spacer ring machined to match the rotor to the hub.

Not sure what the back side of the repops above look like; but I don't believe rotten leonard's tool would work on a stock Ford hub. The 4-1/2" pattern would get too tight into the hub; probably take some time on a mill to get it to work.

Another thing to consider is that the outside flange hubs would give you a couple more options
for rotor spacing; of course they would still have the same deal on the 4-1/2" pattern.
