This was a stock 2 tone available in 56. A more traditional combination would be fenders one color, the rest of the body the other color.

Thank you for lowering the hood... :) I should have posted a better picture with the hood down. I think maybe top should be silver. Nice to see it before spending all of that money for paint. I actually like it better one tone now. Thank you VERY much for your help.....

    I like "themoose"s picture a lot.
Another option is to paint just the top green, and balance grey..
By the way, one cool truck :)

  8. OK silver top it is.....

I bought this truck from Ronnie, finalized it today, and as much as like the green, do you think you could do the same thing, in a Crimson Red or a shade of Red that would with this Gray? I hope so, and I would say a HUGE ROLL TIDE and Thank you from Alabama!

I think the silver from the trim line up, would look better. (colors reversed). Possibly w/the grill openings silver, too. Although I can't remember the rule of light/dark colors for visual height reduction. Still, glad it's a stude being done over. :D .

I like the red below Vs above. Red on top makes it look 'top heavy' to me.

Here is a photo that you won't have to creatively close the hood, would it be to much to ask you to create that same look with this photo-Red below-thank you-Ernie

I like the red on bottom but I would go the new dodge vanilla white on top :)

Maybe vanilla white top and copper bottom.... Just thinking out loud...

  21. The photo has a bit of a low resolution but this should give a good idea of how it would look...

your stude pu is really cool and unique. I have seen lots of the earlier smaller ones but like yours the best. Kind of in the tradition of swept side dodges and cameos.!
