This is a nice dependable traditional style real deal hot rod, it is not meant to be a shiney 1-800 CAR nor a R**rod, it does have radial tires and turn signals and will run down the highway all day long at 70 mph + with great oil pressure, no overheating and gets decent gas mileage. If you are 6' 3" have size 12 shoes and want a car to polish, this is not the car for you.
Solid all steel western body, (grille shell and cab back are Brookeville all else Henry steel), fully boxed and extended 3" Model A frame, '54 Buick 322" nailhead, rebuilt heads with new valve seats, custom headers w/Harley baffles, Edelbrock 500 cfm carb, early Pontiac long tail shaft Muncie 4 spd, Drag-Fast shifter, '54 Olds rear end, F100 front brakes, steering box, the radiator is a Walker, tires are Diamondbacks with under 2000mi.
A lot of work has gone into this rod by both So-Cal Las Vegas and myself, it has been pictured in several magazines and is in a promotional video somewhere, there are some neat vintage parts, '57 Stude Golden Hawk tach, speedo, Ansen pedal ***y, Austin Healy clutc and brake pads, '39 Ford mirror, old fog light etc.
I have extra items that also go with the RPU as a package deal, I was going eventually use these on the truck but that isn't going to happen:
    * 1963 Buick LeSabre 401 motor with stick setup, (stock Buick bellhousing machined for std Chev trans bolt pattern), has 4 bbl manifold w/600 Edelbrock, new gasket set, timing chain, water pump etc included, supposed to be good motor, turns free, looks decent inside, but I would definitely check it out before installing.
*Spun aluminum tank (Speedway) with bracket for the bed and a cross over valve to add some range to the stock tank.
*A set of running board braces, either new or original. (one of these sets should be installed)
*Spare front fenders and some other stuff I've forgotten but will dig out.

I have (7) hot rods am 72 yrs old and can't drive them all, it's time to p*** some on P1010108.JPG P1010107.JPG P1010109.JPG P1010110.JPG P1010112.JPG P1010115.JPG P1010114.JPG P1010116.JPG P1010118.JPG P1010120.JPG , I will also be posting the Rusty Stephens '39 Sedan (Hop Up #3) shortly. Call me (231) 557-2056, PM me or come out and drive it.
