I have relatives up in wisconsin with a barn full of convertibles like that, and another one full of tractors. Won't do anything with them at this point!

They are only a "horder" in a derogatory sense if its a bunch of trash that you have to wade through to take a ****. If its cool stuff then its all good in my book. I would love to look through all that stuff, man that would be fun...

  4. How wonderful that he kept all these cars inside out of the weather. Most times, they are stored outside to rot.

apparently the "hoard" semantic bothers other folks as much as "barn find" bothers me :)

I'm always amazed by these "discoveries " so to speak, should be a great auction.
I hope some here follow up on it.

Wow what a find. Eddy must have deep pockets to have stumped up for the whole lot and the barn. Good on him and a wise investment.

Auction plans now finalized. AUG 12/13. New Wilmington, PA. Search Joe R. Pyle, auctioneer, for pics of all the cars and info on sale. Have a new video showing cars a little better as we move them around.

"Barn Find" is a joke and a marking term now. It is the new "R** Rod" and "Gold Chain". As this thread proves it is marketing for an auction.

I'm glad someone saved them all.

That collection is to the point where it's just too much for 1 guy. If all the cars were running it would be a full time job to keep them that way. That's before he began to restore any of them.

    Good stuff either way.
