    Hello

Here is the final look of the system, After many check, I see some minor mod on the lower extra pulley, and also have to use the Lathe to made the tensioner pulley shaft.

Now I 'm ready to start... But I'm waiting for my trottle shafts.. ordered 3 weeks ago at NWS equip...

I also depolish the shinny parts.....

    Hope you enjoy the pics

    Peter

I am impressed! Ain't she a beaut! Give us the scoop un the engine build and comprssion ratio. And, the al***ude at your location. I live at 8500' so a blower is al***ude compensation.

I think it may slip the belts without a spring loaded tensioner.. Because with heat that end of the blower snout will move..
That is why you leave a gilmer style belt a little it loose on a normal supercharger setup setup or have a spring tensioner on a V belt setup

But I do hope it works

Great workmanship. What kind of boost are you looking for??

  15. Ron I think he's gonna run around 4psi to start with and work from there.

    Pete ?

Interested to see how it runs. I'm still working on my setup but was sidelined for a bit with a cracked block.

Savage - I hadn't thought of my tensioning device needing to be spring loaded. What exactly moves with the heat?

And CheatersPete - What about that small belt running in the larger grooved water pumps? Does it ride in there okay?

I think you may get belt slippage with only 2-belts - 4psi might be OK, but I think beyond that, you'll be up against belt slippage on the blower...I'm quite happy to be wrong & hope it all works out! ;)

Well, I wait for my trottle shafts from NWS..... and then I start the engine...

Then we can talk about sleepage, burning belts or whatever you want...

And i'm sure all the HAMB members going to be happy to post their own experience and solution.

    What you think?

Really don't care for the alternator. Maybe if it was mounted down low. Or better yet, a generator. Still bad ***. Can I have it?

extra cool pete, looks like your nearly there.

hope it all goes well, still sorting some small things with mine.

kevin lee, there is no problem running the smaller belt ( A series) in the B series pulleys, have done so for years with mine before I went to different A series pullies.
