I just put a 350 in my 84 monte I removed the converters put dule flows on it, changed carb to edlebrock, switched distributor to vacume advance. I want to know if there is still any reason why I should keep the smog pump. Its not doing anything for the car (right?). And also whats the best was to close off the holes. I heard crimpings not the best but can be done. I want to know the best way for this to be done. Thank you chic learning how to work on her car!!
What's a thank you chic? You don't need the smog pump, get pipe plugs or get some headers or sumpthin'
