Technical Need an engine builder in A-TEX!

Any body know any good machinist/engine builders in Austin?
We (Dave's Perfection Automotive) need a guy who will go through a Studebaker 170 flathead 6 as readily as a SBC.

Help!

It's crazy that Austin a city of over a Million doesn't have one decent machine shop you can trust for any exotic motors.
Seems there's a heck of a business op for someone out there.
