Just Brought Home: 1946 Dodge COE Wrecker

Been looking for a forum to post updates of the truck as I get it back on the road and was pointed here. Anyways my name is Sam, I'm 20 years old, from Ohio. I own this truck and also 1966 Plymouth Belvedere and a lot of antique bicycles. I plan on leaving the truck as original as possible, it still has the original 237 flathead 6 cylinder in it. Unfortunately the engine is currently locked up but we're bound and determined to free it. I'll post more pictures when I get home.

Hate to break it to you, but this isn't a truck site. Old cars and pickups, not trucks or buses.

OK I can see I'm not wanted here, sorry, even though it's technically a pickup unless an admin is ok with it I'll leave...

 

My suggestion to you...put" your" information on your profile page..then repost your truck over on the main message board..not here in the Introduction forum page..Introduction means just that..tell us about YOURSELF..

 

Take it BACK... there are better ones available..... unless you are VERY talented or wealthy !!!

 

It's not going to be restored and it's in better shape than it looks, plus I have a family of mechanics on my side so if we all can't get it on the road something is wrong. Plus these aren't available around here unless you want one rotten into the ground.
