Getting ready to make some purchases for the upcoming year of shop cl***es and am looking for any suggestions of good "how-to" dvd's the kids may find interesting/educational. Hot rod, custom, motorcycle, basic mechanical tasks, etc., we can cover a pretty wide range of topics. Already have a list full of Ron Covell dvd's. Anybody have any they could recommend. These will be shown to high school students so anything we show must be school appropriate, thanks-
There is an English fellow that has a good DVD on metal shaping using basic tools. Very good and yo ur students will also learn a new language; heavily accented English. (I wish I didn't see this thread as I am also a teacher enjoying the summer holidays/re-hab and don't like to be reminded of the impending doom! LOL). I'll see if I can remember the fellow's name. Well that didn't take long... David Gardiner and the DVD is : Bodywork Restoration Turtorial. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
