Projects 26-27 T coupe to roadster conversion

    Does anyone know of any builds where someone took a 26-7 coupe and made it into a roadster? I am in the market for a roadster body but I have found a coupe body local that has some roof damage. I like the idea of the "turtle deck" being integrated into the quarters for a smooth look on a roadster.

  3. Matt Seret did it several years ago and it turned out very well in my opinion. I'll look for a pic.

    Wasn't the Roach Rod originally a coupe? That lil car was bitchin.

    Thanks for the link and pics so far. I would probably end up keeping the doors functional but it's good to see one done.

    I spent my morning reading the build thread for the Anderegg Tribute car, can you explain more about the filling in of the quarters? Maybe a before and after picture so I have an idea of what your goal was?
