Hot Rods Found old pictures of 40 coupes.

Don Dixon and myself driving two 40 coupes to Chattanooga rod run back in the 70s. My maroon one ran out of gas, so we siphoned gas out of the black car. Part of the show then included trips to Ruby Falls and Rock city. Where are you now Don?

 

curious.....is the maroon car the same one in your avatar?

 

The blue coupe is #5. I also had 3 sedans during childbirth years.

 

Ot but in the early 70's I worked a nightclub in Hershey Pa.We had a group named Ruby Falls from Tn that had a hot little lead singer.

 

Here's my 40 in early 70's with 296 and Port-A-Walls.
I still have it - only black.

............Yeah, Mines been acting a little hinky the last couple of days. Once you click on it, the little icon up top just spins, but then if you leave the page it seems to do the like thing....weird. I see that some folks have mentioned it in the Questions & Suggestions section.
