My buddy has a 37 Chevy truck, cab and frame. He wants to use a 36 Chevy grille shell and grille. We found a good deal on this complete 35 front end sheetmetal (hood, fenders, bumper, and running boards). The question is: Will this sheetmetal fit up correctly with the 37 cab, and also the 36 grille shell? We need any help we can get on this. Any Chevy truck gurus out there? Thanks in advance. http://chevy.tocmp.com/chevyresto/index.htm Give this place a look and see what you come up with. It has helped me in other ways with my 38 pickup. I think you should be fine, cabs are the same starting in '36.
Thanks for the info. We may need to get several of those. I'm still wondering how well the 35 hood would mate up to the 37 cowl though. Anybody ever done any swapping on those?
If all the parts are truck, the '35 stuff is not going to fit. '36 low cab parts will fit '36-'38 truck as is, '36 high cab parts fit '34-'35. 302
