For a Maverick rear end with .545 knurl size. Anyone found any 3" with that knurl size?

If you go to a competent auto supply, they will have a Dorman catalog that lists the knurl dia, knurl length, and the overall stud length. That is, IF you can find a competent auto supply...they are hard to find.

...and you won't find any with that knurl size. Dorman doesn't generally sell the long racing type studs he's looking for. Probably have to find some larger ones, and drill to the right size, be sure to get the press fit right!

True about the larger knurl size. I had ARP custom build mine for a Dana 60 front and rear axle..... pricey but really nice and they were a perfect fit.

Summit lists ARP at $141 per set of 10.

    Also these https://www.summitracing.com/parts/mor-46220/overview/

Knurl is slightly bigger @.563" but for the savings I could enlarge the holes by .018".
I have redrilled the flanges for screw in studs, too. The dumb axles don't know if they have two patterns the same.

Do you really need some 3 inches long?
The NHRA only requires that the stud protrudes past the wheel the thickness of the stud.
If you have 1/2 inch studs then 1/2 inch sticking out of the wheel is all you need.

I put 2 inch on mine. Still longer than stock.

Some NHRA wannabe inspector type hammered me on my studs projecting 'only 1/2" ' out of the nuts on my F100. (Only 1/2"??? Shit, I wasn't after a Ben Hur 'slicer' move on the competition...)

I nearly hammered him, but one of the Eagle-eyed guys at Eagle field just waved him off, gave me the grin...
There just always has to be ONE. :p

BTW, I have a 1960 28 tooth 9" F100 rear, and went through the book at NAPA.
Ended up getting these studs from my pal Danny at Atwater Wheel. (he had a supplier that had a large stock of Jeep and off road hardware.)
The stock studs didn't reach thru the thick flanges on my Romeo Palamides wheels.
(Pre Torq-Thrusts, prior to the sale of Palamides Racing to American Racing)
    Love dropping those names!

Speedway had some Winters ( thanks for the tip chaos) that are .563. They are on the way. I am not a racer. I need the length for spacing my American TQ's. As my rear springs have settled somewhat when I have a passenger and their luggage on board the rear tires are rubbing on the body of my 40. I am adding 3/8" spacers to get clearance. A three inch stud will allow complete thread engagement in my lug nuts.
