    I ran across this image of a '33 Ford sedan and accessories on display at a dealership from 1933 and if you look closely you will see where they are also showing a 1932 Pines Winter front grill insert.

    It'd be great to go back to 1933 with a pile of cash to buy some of this stuff. I remember a Twilight Zone show on TV where a guy did exactly that. He bartered with a guy and bought a 32 ford roadster sitting at the curb for like, 100 bucks. I can't remember anything more than that as I was about 13-14 years old when I saw it.I suppose he brought it back to the present [1961-62] ...

    Chicago’s 1933-34 Century of Progress Exposition used the theme of progress to encourage optimism during the depression. After the Ford Motor Company opened its m***ive exhibition building in 1934. fairgoers could peruse acres of industrial demonstrations and informative displays.
