I was reading an old post on this site and thought I'd post a message. If you need any service on Vintage Mallory distributors, I can help. My company "Vintage Ignition" specializes in rebuilding & restoring these old Mallory units. I would be able to help with any mechanical issues as well as cosmetic. I also offer electronic conversions for them as well for those who want vintage look but updated performance. Spread the word as well, I appreciate it. Michael L. Mancini mmancini@vintageignition.com
hmm, first post is spam? I'll bite, I need a cap for my Mini-Mag, #MAG250C hope you can post more than spam, there are some here that seem to think of the HAMB as only free advertising
HI, just trying to get out there. I have been doing this kind of work on the side for years and have recently decided to branch out. Regarding your cap, I am out of these at the moment. I had several of those caps NOS, but sold them all. If I come across any more, I will send you a message. Thanks for checking out the post. -Mike
Send your money to: ryan@jalopyjournal.com ....and while you do, Brock49Ford needs a Mallory for his Caddy mill. Got any ZC303s in stock?
what about a unilte? i know it's not old, but i got one without a vacuum advance. can i add that to the unilte i got or do i have to buy another dist.? i think a vacuum would be better for the street. do you have any ideas?
I don't understand what you mean by send my money....? I do not have that caddy distributor in stock. I primarily provide rebuild & restoration services for those who already own these old units....
The unilite is a good unit and the service parts are readily availible. As far as switching to vacuum advance, it depends what you are looking for. Vacuum advance will help fuel economy. In a performance application, I run my distributors with full mechanical advance, even on the street. -Mike
He meant that if all you plan to do is drum up business on this forum, you should send advertising money. Just do an intro on the main page and you won't be flamed, but instead welcomed with open arms with a service that alot of folks could use. Not trying to be rude, just trying to help you out.
Got any Spaulding Bros. caps for a early Spaulding Flamethrower? Or points for a early Jackson RotoFaze? I need a vintage Vertex tag and degree ring for a magneto I have too. I also finally found a 55-62 Cadillac Mallory ZC303. Thanks for remembering me Peddro!!!
Hi, no I do not have any of those parts, I really only work on Mallory stuff at this time...thanks. Does your ZC303 need any help?
do you need a distrubuter testing machine? my buddy has a cherry one he'd like to un-load. it's used for setting advance & dwell I believe? let me know.
Vintage Ignition, you should repost your info in the other forum titled "Hamb-O-Dex". It's a repository of who-does-what in the hot rod world.
I myself am DEEPLY wounded, I think the only way I'll feel whole again (and be able to perform my manly duties) is if you rebuild this for me for a DEEPLY discounted price: No really, how much to go through it..?
I need some parts, or someone to rebuild/restore a Model A Ford Mallory distributor. I have emailed Vintage Ignition several times, Called and left messages several times, and I am getting no response. I am now out of time, and need to get this done NOW. So any one have a source of obsolete Mallory parts other than Vintage Ignitions?
Hello enjenjo, I check my email and messages daily and I havn't recieved any emails or phone messages regarding a model A distributor. What is your name and number and I will call you tonight. Mike

Hi guys, I've gotten quite a few emails lately inquiring if I am still offering this service. Yes I am and I still have a massive inventory of Mallory parts. Probably the largest in the world. Even Mallory themselves have been referring this old work to me. The best email is vintageignition@yahoo.com Thanks Mike
