Event Coverage Kansas City Flathead Run

Hey guys I've been thinking about trying to get a flathead run started in Kansas City! @t_a_flathead and I had talked about it quite a bit but sadly he moved out of Kansas City. If there is any interest in having one maybe a few guys can meet up and get stuff squared away?

Figure out a date and a plan, make a flier and we'll spread it around. Hell make a Facebook event.

Trying to get everyone to chime in and plan something will probably not work. You planing something and people showing up, that could work.

Make it a state competition with nothing to loose but ego and bragging rights to gain.

MO vs KS, East vs West, Show Me vs Sunflower, Truman vs Dorathy and Totto Flathead Reliability Run.

My flatty powered 40 stake truck is itching to get outta the garage. Keep me in the loop. I'd be up for it.

 

I'm up for driving in the back so no one sees me with my non flathead or driving someone's extra flathead car. It does sound like fun

If you broke the bendix spring, from feeding it too much juice, I'd highly recommend considering one of these as the replacement.

I finally did it, after breaking 2 springs in my stake truck, and a spring in my old Y block powered 54 F100.

Crap...I hope it's a sunny day, then, because I don't have my Southwind heater working yet. LOL

 

I hope it's a Sunday so I can go! Lol I don't think it gets truest terrible until February.

Early January should be ideal I think.
