Thanks, I enjoy putting clinics on, and unfortunately paint stores have gotten away from doing it. Sent from my SM-N920V using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Thanks for providing an opportunity like this - hope that there is a good turn out - be sure to take some pics & post here
We got new lacquer resin in, have not sprayed yet, but the original one dulls down as it dries. I have heard this is normal, but we want it to stay glossy. Sent from my SM-N920V using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
I'm in the wishen I was closer camp also, , what an awesome opportunity! I would think the cl***es would be full.
I wonder if suppliers in Western MD or close hold any clinics? I was in Tractor Supply tonight and noticed they had gallons of clear lacquer but no lacquer solid colors. The can read that it was to go over their oil based enamels. I thought that was a no-no. I probably wouldn't buy there due to lack of tech support anyway but found it curious.
Body filler Clinic from tonight. Excellent turn out and great job by USC representative! Sent from my SM-N920V using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
That's a really nice thing you are doing. The first paint clinic I went to was alkaline enamel and nitrocellulose lacquer, the next one was put on by PPG in Houston and really was good lots of good information answered a lot of questions. I was painting motor homes, and race ar trailers for Chapparell Trailer and Champion Trailer as well as Prevost Motor Homes, and a few smaller items . Information is knowledge and this leads to success. The hand on clinic are the BEST by far, beats the hell out of someone telling you how to do it. We learn by listening , watching and doing. The best clinic I ever went to was Standox we prep. a 40 ft. motor home and painted it . The rep. name was Renea and he could really lay the material down. Thanks for your time and effort to put a clinic on. Frank HANDS ON PAINT CLINICS ARE THE BEST.
