Can't post add on parts wanted

Have been trying to post a wanted add on classified parts wanted and keep getting systems message saying that I don't have privilege to post.PS: I am using a IPAD,since I do not own a computer. Don't understand why. Systems message said I can't post a new topic.

As shawnsauto1 stated you can't use the app and need to do it through a browser. The classifieds don't work with the app.
